This is a one-time cable lock intended to prevent tampering with our meters. This prevention is most useful for landlords and property managers who depend on accurate metering to reliably bill their tenants for their usage.

Our meters and watertight enclosures are seal-able by design. The terminal block covers can be sealed to the meter to prevent tampering. The meter case comes pre-sealed.

The cable is 10 inches (25 cm) long.

To install simply slip the wire end of the tool-less meter seal through the hole in the bolt that holds the cover plate. The insert the wire end into the rotating seal drum and turn the knob. No tools required.

This could easily be installed on our outdoor enclosures to prevent entry. Just drill a small hole at an angle through the enclosure cover and through the plastic corner nuts. Install this seal through the hole to prevent loosening the corner nuts.
